Sunrise? What the hell is happening?

On 02/01/2012 I did order (and payed on same day) a Moonsound and a DENYONET.

Then I asked if those last Moonsound come with 1MB installed or not, to let me know.

The last contact was 10/01, he just reply me: "Tomorrow I gonna post it, Friday you get the tracknumber".

"Tomorrow" would be 11/01.  Today is 17/01.

Well that (contact) was 7 days ago, so far nothing.  WTF is happening @ Sunrise ?! Crazy

If you sell stuff, you also hopes for some business contact/reply as well.  Like in normal business, even if that business is a single person.

From 2002~2007 I had a small e-Commerce shop, it was a single person (me only) and I always replied my e-mails in 24h max!

And the order were filled in 48~72h max.

Well,

My personal opinion about its distributive is that maybe too busy with their time. You're not the first person who complains about this issue. Or some games that came not too well, as it were 2 or Hamaraja Manbow.

Or maybe they are, or he is, tired. I personally have not had any of my two orders issues with them. But it is true that some people complained about communication.

Sunrise has done much work for the community MSX. But if, should improve communication issues such as packaging or some that were not very good.

I have also ordered and paid my Moonsound two weeks ago 2. january and mailed him two times asking information about the shipment, but haven't received ANY response at all. It's not very funny at all being on the receiving end...

That's my point.  If you order something, and PAYED for it, you would expect at least speedy replies/shipping the stuff.

They should always priority the consumers, all the rest should be on 2nd plan.  If cannot do such a thing, then they should quit or take a month or two (or more) to rest or whatever.  We all would understand that, but once you payed for it, they should at least tell us (with no lies) what is really happening.

I'm happy (to not be the only one) and sad at the same time.

I got my response and the shipping is going to be next monday 23.2. I can't wait to get my brand new Moonsound! Smile
