two banks alternating hybrid mode and normal mode
but it is a first simulated attempt: the allocation for tiles works, I need to compute screen 2 data for tiles and differential data for the PNT

It does not update more than 1-2 tiles per frame (max 11 tiles only once, in average 2,1 tiles per frame)
