Creating an ebay account is very easy. You can create an account on ebay.com. After that you can access ebay.nl as well. (Maybe use Google translate.) If you click on the sellers name, you can contact him.
If you have a Sony MSX (not HB55 or HB75) in mint condition, I'm willing to buy the cartridge for you and trade items ;-)
But to be fair: it's much easier for you to register on ebay and contact the seller (or place a bid).
I'd tell him that you are interested in the auction, post the link and tell him that you can't use eBay. Perhaps he can pull the auction off of eBay since there are no bidders currently and sell it to you directly. : )
