About possible ingame music for the cartridge release, if you make that, Please make it selectable, Not default. There are games, which do not need ingame music to be good games.

So why the hell would I make it anyway then?
Many thanks for the great arrangement of the title theme, John! I have listened it many times from the video so far!
I'm glad that you like it, MäSäXi. I tried to recreate it to a 'lesser' soundchip with respect to the original and tried to keep the general 'feel' of it. The in-game music would be based on that sound and musical themes/motives, as well.
Perhaps for the people who think that good music can turn a good game into an epic one?

Haha, I hope I can live up to that expectation.
@MäSäXi,
not for the C64 but for the MSX I would
remove the dithering on the background and then make twocolor sprites with no blackframes.
The player could get a third sprite for black pixels, low priority sprite that just disappears under load, not adding to flicker.

Thank you a lot for that, John! I can hear that there´s some (very little) difference which is not because of 'lesser' AY-chip (which can be called your very own style/arrangement
) and I can hear your japanese influences too.
I don´t know if anyone else can hear that but I can.
Yeah, I can understand that well thought new ingame arrangement which faithfully follows the idea and style of original theme tune, could give this game a (perhaps not necessarily needed) big blast through atmosphere to the Space! But yeah, I´m just an old fart from the eighties, who is used to musically silent Uridium playing.
But I am interested to hear how good similar tune you John could arrange, based on original Commodore tune.
Perhaps for the people who think that good music can turn a good game into an epic one?
Hmmmm..... I think I have read about that in the eighties....
As said I am just used to Uridium which doesn´t play any music during playing, that´s why "musical Uridium" sounds like a strange idea for me.

Yeah, I was just so eagerly waiting and hoping that enemies could have similar colours as original Commodore game had. Minus one colour = two colour enemies, which could look okay against different coloured backgrounds. Yeah, like I said I am an old fart who wants similar looking game for MSX! MSX can do the same! Commodore is not as good.... blah blah blah..........
Anyway thank you again guys, and thank yous for you Eric too! And thank yous for anybody else I don´t know who helped this game to come true!
