Yes no need to put it onto a real cassette tape but I want to know if that would work and although I like not having to hear the cassette sound for like five or even ten minutes; having the games on tape would make me less computer dependent. Those files still take some space on my computer; though it is not much unless you have loads of files. But I have seen some MSX game packages over 30 GB, wondering how many games that would contain Smile Plus I can fill a box with them and say: Look, that is my MSX game collection. Way prettier than files on a computer; but of course that is my opinion.

So to conclude:
1) Burning .dsk files to a floppy and loading it in MSX basic will be good enough.
2) .cas files can be converted to .wav and played using my computer; burning on cassettes will work??
3) .rom files can be put onto a floppy with a copy of MSX-DOS and a ROM loader to make them work.
4) it seems I can also convert some .rom files (up to 32 KB or something) to .cas; which is at this point easier for me to work with.

Thanks again for the help. I have been playing Monopoly on my MSX!
