Yeah, I get the tradetracker as well. Maybe it is a good idea to replace my transformers as well

Looks about right, voltage- & power-wise. Do check physical size (datasheet!) to make sure it will fit. If needed, mounting brackets can be removed to install transformer on its side.
Note that the old transformer probably isn't damaged much. But most transformers include a thermal fuse that's packed in an impossible-to-reach place inside the windings. When overheating, usually that fuse blows before real damage is done or something catches fire... 
I am going to try to replace it. I have a few questions before I begin with this adventure:
1. The item 516007 on the Conrad site has 2 for the 220V and 4 pins for the 12V while on the instruction site of luppie there is a transformer used that has 3 pins on the transformer. So this item is a bit different. What should te pin layout be for the 4 pin variant?
-> This transformer is the one to use, and i have orderd 2 of them and they have 3 terminals for 12-0-12 volt.

2. I am wondering how to attach/fix the transformer to the case so it won't travel through the case when moving the Turbo R around. Any suggestions?
--> see picture, i used a piece of aluminum of 20 by 80 mm. fill up the gap of 4 mm with some rubber or somthing.
3. I think I prefer to use a 220V certified power cable instead of the original. The original cable has a square rubber that closes the gap and protects it from pulling. Any suggestions on how to lead the cable in to the Turbo best?
--> use this original cable protection, cut the original cable at both sides and use a 4 to 5 mm drill to open up the hole where the cable goes trough, use some soap or other lubricant to get the cable trough.

4. Any suggestions on which shrinkwrap item I need to order?
--> 4 mm diameter.
Thanks. I ordered some EPDM cel rubber with the right size which is heat resistent till 120 degrees and custom made aluminium 80x20. Waiting for it to arrive.
Today also some good news: I connected the new transformer to the wires and it works perfect. When I get the rubber and the aluminium I can close the case and enjoy my Turbo R again
