Super Famicom uses the same adapter as Famicom so it is usable. USA SNES has a bigger plug and won’t work, European SNES possibly but I cannot confirm it.

European SNES is AC voltage, so both kind of SNESes (EU & US) are incompatible.
PCEngine PSU is also compatible.

I think only the Euro NES has AC voltage.. here is an aftermarket adapter for sale for European SNES that specifies 9V DC output but no word on polarity.

Nope, original is AC. Check this photo (sorry for the size):

In case it doesn't show it's stolen from this ebay auction: https://www.ebay.nl/itm/234487611926?hash=item36988d0216

And while it's possible that the PAL SNES (sorta) works with a DC PSU, the yellow plug on that photo looks like an MD2 PSU.

I'm not sure if the pinout of the expansion slot is the same as the MX-10. But if it is, you should be able to adapt my RD-10 to power the PV-7 as well. It all comes down to whether the pinout is the same. Link is here: https://github.com/jdgabbard/RD-10-Docking-Station
