Never seen such a machine before. Must be quite rare outside of Japan. But it's still a low-end MSX1 machine with just one cartridge slot and no disk drive. I would not pay more than a 100 euros for it.
It has just 32kB of memory, and as Alexey said a single cartridge slot.
What is slightly note worthy, is that (according to the wiki) it has the MSX2 video processor, but without the MSX2 bios and just 16kB of VRAM you cannot use the MSX2 specific features. But I guess it will give you the MSX2 colour palette...
