I really like where this is going Keep up the good work!
Are sound effects planned?
Yep, they are ready yet. Not implemented because I had an issue with last file received from my musician due to an error on the arkos ROM player wich couldn't assemble when events are set in the song. He replied me (and provided me a quick fix by email) and so sfx will be there in next release (and smoother music speed change driven by event too)
The game is really close to completion. Actually only sfx are missing (I should implement them tomorrow). While showing you this update I'm proud to announce you that I'm entered in Phaze101 as coder and I'll manage the MSX sector
Very soon on File-Hunter
Congrats on your Phaze101 membership
Thx
Well, we have reached the deadline of this epic coding challenge on Retro Programmers Inside facebook group. Here's my entry. In the future I'll add some feature but now you can enjoy it as is.
Soon (after the live streaming hosted by our friend Roberto Piredda, on January, 2nd) it will be available for download (or you can play it online) at File-Hunter.com
Now, enjoy this video and don't forget to set quality at 720p50
Congrats with the release Looks (and sounds) great, and has the high Geppo's quality as usual.
It looks very colorfull and smooth. Well done! Looking forward to it's release!
Also the music fits the game. My mother would have hated that tune back in the 80's for hearing it looping for hours!
Just sent the actual version game rom to File Hunter, so you could play and download it very soon. I'm planning a conversion for SG-1000. But I am not able to convert the music/sfx part due to different PSG. Is there a way to do it simple? Or can be found a tracker+player so my musician can rewrite the theme for SG-1000? I know some of you already do conversion to SG-1000 and Colecovision, so I'll wait for your higher knowledges
