Looking for MSX1

I have a Toshiba HX10 with a broken keyboard.

Or well.. I broke the keyboard.. I wanted to clean it and naive as I was I used the worst product possible to do so.. I subsequently resorted to trying to ‘fix’ it by gluing bits of aluminium foil onto the dirty and no longer conductive bits of the keys I ruined. The keyboard is still disassembled. Well live and learn..

In any case the rest of the machine was working last time I checked and if you have a working keyboard or don’t need one then you may not care.

Given its state I would not ask for more than 10 euro for it, if you pay for shipping. Or if you don’t want then I guess to anyone else reading this.. if you can use it and come to the Nijmegen fair I can probably hand it over. I had rather see it used for parts then be completely wasted.

Before shipping anything let me try to start it up and test it again - I would not want to send it for you to then find out it's not working (apart from the keyboard). I have little experience in sending items abroad but it looks like this would be around 19 euros with DHL. It may not be worth it. Perhaps it's better to follow up through email - my email is in my profile.

As mentioned in my reply - posting here for watchers - as it turns out after testing again, my HX10 now seems completely dead.. so good luck with the search!
