RetroMadrid 2022

The annual RetroMadrid festival has announced their next event scheduled for May 2022. This retro-computer event is taking place in Spain and attendance will be completely free. The festival is a social gathering of old-computer fanatics offering conferences, films, discussion, exhibitions, lectures, sales, and machines and software. MSX is present as well.

RetroMadrid is a long running festival that aims to disseminate and promote the systems, programs and video games encompassed within classical computing, as well as to offer a meeting space for all the artistic and cultural manifestations born around this phenomenon. It breathes old-CPU happiness and has a strong connection with 8-bit computers like MSX.

The RetroMadrid 2022 lands in the heart of the Villa de Vallecas, Spain, on Saturday the 14th of May. Details of the show are slowly filling in, and it promises to be another excellent edition. Attendance will be completely free, until the maximum capacity of the building and venues are reached. All with the appropriate social distance measures for COVID-19 prevention in place.
