Internet Radio with MSX music is cool. How about your own msx mp3 files or even wav files you can burn to cd? There is only one program you need on your pc with windows. That program is Timidity. It can render midi to wav files with a customized GUS sampleset. Not the default jerky set you got in the old days, but samples from the best music instruments around.

The BOSS MSX Front End is upgraded to version 2.0.g This launchpad for fMSX-DOS 1.6b2.a come with nice add-ons : MIDI files of music games, many pictures and instant parameters for some games. The auto-installation program unzips the files with the msx system roms and the emulator, that are included.

fMSX V2.5 has been released. Also the DOS & Windows version have been updated by Marat.New features are:

  • Added emulation state saving and loading.
  • Added support for GZIPped ROM files and state file.
  • Changed keyboard handler in fMSX-Unix.
