The Japanese label 360' records have released an album of the Japanese composer Kenta Araki, containing several 'Casio-pop' style songs created on MSX with PSG and OPLL.

The Japanese composer MAD has just released another GXSCC arrangement of a popular video game song in mp3 format. This time he took a song from the game Galaxian3 Theater 6.

Earlier this week two songs created with GXSCC were made available for download by MAD. Today, another song was released: 'Vapor trail', arranged from an arcade game with the same title from the late 80s.

Rudolf Lechleitner has just released a new version of RuMSX. Changes in this version:

  • RuMSX now supports a "My MSX" folder. This feature is disabled by default and has to be enabled by separate tools.

Marat Fayzullin has just released a new edition of fMSX, the mother of many different MSX emulators. New in this version:

  • Added transparent support for GZIPped disk images as disks. You can now pass .GZ file names in -diska/-diskb command line options
  • Added transparent support for directories as disks.
