The Spanish pixelart blog El Pixel Ilustre have published a review of Konami's classic fighting game Yie Ar Kung-Fu 2 (The Emperor Yie-Gah).

The Spanish game developer/publisher Dinamic released an impressive list of MSX games in the 1980s and early 1990s.

In August, Relevo Videogames released the adver/bar-game Azzurro 8-bit jam for free.

The 2011 edition of the popular Brazlian MSX user meeting MSX Jaú has been announced. This year, the meeting will last for no less than 4 days (November 12th to 15th), taking place in ETE Joaquim Ferreira do Amaral "Escola Industrial", Rua Humaitá, 1090 - Centro - Jaú/SP.

The Brazilian MSX hardware developer Ademir Carchano has re-opened his website. Here, you can find fast ATA/IDE interfaces, slot expanders and an 80-column card that can be used as a kit to transform an MSX1 into an MSX2.

Japanese developer KATSU has been working on the image (de)compression toolkit BARGAIN, fore more than 21 years. A few months ago, Katsu released the final and completed version.

MRC2K11: our new website that's already two and a half years in the making. Our guests yesterday finally had the chance to see what's coming. During the presentation we also showed a great introduction video made by Strafefox, with music provided by Wolf, which showed some of the new layout and features.

We can safely say that Event Eleven was a blast! We had a lot visitors, and the amount of demonstrations, quizzes and lotteries we had in store certainly have matched with the impressive size of the crowd. At 16.00 we opened the doors and saw people already waiting..
