The blueMSX team have released a beta version of the upcoming release of blueMSX, version 2.8.3.

A new version of msxDS, an MSX/MSX2/MSX2+ emulator for DS/DS Lite, has been released today.

Tokyo Demo Fest 2011
For most of our readers it's not exactly around the corner, but if you happen to be in Tokyo, two weeks from now, you may like to visit the Tokyo Demo Fest. Demo parties take place all over the globe, most notably in Northern Europe. Every now and then an MSX demo competes in so called 'wild compos', though compared to other retro systems it's still a rarity to see one. But this here is Japan!
And on we go with the fourth round of voting in the Ultimate MSX Game Character Battle Brawl! Of the 296 characters that initially joined the competition, 108 made it to the current round. Only 54 will move on to round 5. You can help decide which game characters are going to move on, by filling in a votesheet in this forum topic.
