AAMSX will hold their next MSX users meeting on the 5th of December.
From Polaris comes entry #14 for MSXart unlimited, the never ending graphics contest. It's called C.H.I.L.D. and is formed out of the MSX logo which is about to get fertilized. As you can see, all possible ideas could find their way into a wallpaper image, no concept is too strange. If you have similar ideas, you may well join this contest in order to fill up the next calendar.
Although RELEVO Videogames currently aren't updating their website often, they are working hard on their projects.
Yesterday, two entries for MSXart Unlimited were announced. Today the second entry of these two is presented at Passion MSX: Galaga, made by Aleste.
MSX at AltParty 2009
This year at the Finnish Alternative Party, AltParty 2009 in short, some interesting stuff will be happening at the MSX table.
MSXart, the wallpaper contest without deadline, continuous with a new entry, made by Polaris: Lode Runner. The image is a modern and dark image of something that resembles an eye, containing a 3d-twisted image of Lode Runner. Another image has already been submitted, to be released within the next few days.
MSXdev09 - Jury presentation
A few months late, but the jury for MSXdev09 has finally been chosen! The three members of this jury are:
- Tomas Karlsson, who is known for his wide knowledge on Spectravideo computers, and for being part of the core development team of blueMSX.
- Rudi Westerhof, also known as Lord S.M.
A few days late again, but alas. The summer is behind us, the temperature drops, rain turns the remaining insects into a soup of protein and raging storms blow the feeble houses of two little pigs to bits. In short, the perfect climate to inspect our downloads section! Which files were downloaded the most from our freeware downloads database?
5000 newsposts
If you would've told the paper MSX magazines in the late 90's that thousands of news posts could be made since 2002, they probably would laugh you in the face.
MSXdev09 - Retaliot update
There's a small update regarding Retaliot, an MSXdev entry announced last week. While there's no in-game screenshot yet, there's now at least a title screen to enjoy. According to the developers, we're about to see some great scrolls and visuals.
