MSX History published a special article about Konami's game Frogger, in which its history is detailed (with pictures) from the very first arcade versions to later ports such as those for the Atari 2600,
Goichi Suda (aka Suda 51) is working with Hideo Kojima on new projects based on Hideo Kojima's Snatcher. Goichi Suda, president of Grasshopper Manufacture, said he will call the project "Snatchers".
Whilst he didn't reveal much details it has become clear that one of the projects will be a radio drama show. Rumours also mention a new video game, but Suda 51 did not confirm that rumour.

The MSXDev'07 organization has just announced that Luppie.NET has donated a special prize for the game with the best music: a one-year PHP/mysql webhosting package including one domain name (limited to .com, .net, .org or .nl). The MSXDev'07 contest is open to sponsors.
MSXart'07 challenge
The fifth edition of the MSXart challenge is on. To compete in this challenge you must create a new original wallpaper focusing on an MSX (related) theme. Challenge rules and creations by others can be reviewed at the official MSXart'07 challenge webpage. Just like last year a hardcopy of the MSXart challenge calendar can be won.

Today the developers of openMSX - the emulator that aims for perfection - have released version 0.6.2 of this multi platform MSX emulator, along with Catapult, its GUI/launcher.
New or improved emulator features:
- Video recording and improved sound recording (stutterless)
- SDLGL-PP renderer (OpenGL 2.0) can do hq and hqlite scaling in hardware
- Easier to use trainers.
