During the MSX Fair in Nijmegen - which will be held on January 20th - the Dutch MSX group Nowind (Jan Wilmans and Aaldert Dekker) are to demonstarte their upcoming USB Interface for MSX. With the interface you can connect your MSX to a PC in order to access contents on the PC hard drive.

SCMD 1.09.1
A new version of SCMD, the multichannel PCM player for MSX has been released. In this release, the a bug in the MSX-MUSIC volume levels was fixed. The SCMD player allows you to play multiple samples on one or even two SCC cartridges at the same time, which is similar to playing MOD-files.

Welcome to 2007, MSX fans! Traditionally, we start the year with an overview of the year past. Again, we have had an amazing MSX year with - amongst others - the release of the new MSX computer, the One Chip MSX, another succesful edition of the MSXdev game development competition, the arrival of the multitasking window-based Operating System SymbOS and much, much more.
It's the first of the month and a new year, so high time for a new Downloads Top 10. Usually we would start the year with an overall top 10, but as that list is now permanently available at our statistics page we only do a Top 10 of the past month this time.
With the MSXdev'06 competition taking all our attention, and all Wolf's time for creating a nice Italo sample kit, we have decided to extend the deadline to the Italo Challenge one more time.
Last night the MSXdev'06 competition came to an end.
