Genki is a Japanese game development studio who are to release a Nintendo DS version of Daisenryaku (Great Strategy) by the end of May.
Eduardo Mello of Opcode games has released a demo version of a Pac Man remake he is currently developing for MSX. The goal is to create a version of the game that comes as close as possible to the original Arcade version of the game, as released in 1980.

MSX links section - cleanup
We have just finished cleaning up our MSX links section, updating links to websites that have been moved to their new addressses and removing links to websites that are unfortunately no longer on-line. As of now, the MRC links database contains 243 links to active MSX (related) websites around the world.

We have just published a new photo shoot in our photo shoots section. The pictures were taken by Sjoerd and Age Lammertsma on the April 2006 meeting of MSX Vriendenclub Mariënberg, which was held yesterday.
Andre Kuepfer sent us Clopy, a nice puzzle game for MSX turboR made in the 1990s by a group called Noname. The game, which was inspired by games like Kings Valley and Pixess has just been added to our ever growing freeware MSX downloads section.
Amusement Center have re-released the PC-8801 version of System Soft's RPG Tir-nan-og in Project EGG.

Sunrise have updated their website, adding information on, and an order form for both the MSX Game Reader (a device which makes it possible to play cartridge games directly from cartridge on a PC) and Arranger - the Complete works (a collection of great MSX-Audio/MSX-Music tunes on disk and CD by Zodiac).
