After a long wait, openMSX 0.6.0 was released today, along with a new version of Catapult, its GUI/launcher.
MSXPad 1.6
SLotman has just released a new version of MSXPad, a Pascal IDE targeted at developing MSX software. In this version, many bugs were fixed and (preliminary) tooltips for functions and procedures were added.

PCM Encoder 0.01
Daniel Vik and Arturo Ragozini have just released a new version of PCM Encoder, a toolkit that allows you to encode WAV samples and playing them in crystal clear quality on MSX, using the standard PSG soundchip. Sample rates of 8kHz, 11.025kHz, 22.05kHz and even 44.1kHz are currently supported.
fMSX/S60 1.10
A new version of fMSX/S60 has just been released. This emulator allows you to play MSX games on any Series 60 compatible mobile phone.
The HispaMSX BBS is now offering two new sub-boards, linked to HispaMSX and International MSX mail-list. These boards will now receive every email sent to the list.
Space Manbow 2 - preview
In Bussum 2005 and Nijmegen 2006 the brand new Dutch MSX development group RenovatiO demonstrated their upcoming game called Space Manbow 2.
