A week ago, the first entries to the Let's Pong contest were released. Since then, two more pong interpretations were released, both not crossing the 1kB barrier: Fifepong (by Fifeton) and 1KPong! (by pooogramer).

Wiz chronicle
The Japanese MSX composer Wiz has released a double CD album with no less than 52 chiptune tracks created on MSX using the PSG, SCC and OPLL sound chips. The album was be released on Comic Market 68 at a price of 1,000 yen.

MCWF Auction announced
During the MCWF meeting of September 24th, the annual MCWF MSX Auction will be held as well. This special annual MCWF meeting is usually extra crowded and a great opportunity to obtain (or sell) some great MSX gear. More information on the meeting can be found in our list of MSX fairs and meetings.
After almost a full week of downtime, the MSX Resource Center is back in action! So what happened? On August 9th, 16:50 a hacker managed to gain access to the MRC webserver and brought the entire webserver down.
As of today, the first three entries to the let's pong contest can be downloaded from the Karoshi Forums. The entries are 1kB pong interpretations by Alfonso D.C., Jose Luis Tur and Wyz.
