A new beta version of MSXPlug for foobar2000 has just been released. This plugin, based on MSXPlug 2004-10-29 allows you to play KSS, BGM, BGR, MSG, MPK, OPX and MBM files in the popular media player foobar2000.

On August 19th the MSX games box announced MSXArt'04. This wallpaper designing contest closes on January 12th, 2005. At the moment six wallpapers have been submitted, which will be disclosed once the contest is closed.

On October 22nd MSX Review 2 was released. This free Spanish MSX Magazine in PDF format tries to bring the highlights of the latest MSX news, including reviews of (upcoming) software.
On the Hong-Kong based gaming webshop Lik Sang a preview of the upcoming Metal Gear game Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater can be found. The Japanese and American versions of this much anticipated game will be released within two weeks.
Gigamix Online have just posted an article on the One Chip MSX1 containing several close-up pictures and some extra information. The pictures were taken during the MSX Meeting in Minakan, which was held on November 8th.
