After releasing an alpha version 6 weeks ago, Olivier Hustin started working on version 0.8 of his versatile smooth-scrolling platform game engine called Vscreen.

Gall Force BGM by Hackurl
Hackurl released an MP3 of the first BGM of Sony's MSX shoot'em-up Gall Force. The MP3 of this song can be found on this website, where you can find many other MSX related MP3 files.
Wolf has decided to put a seven minute mix of Moonsound songs online in MP3 format. The MP3 contains 6 unfinished songs, which unfortunately will never be finished due to the fact that the CompactFlash-card holding these tunes crashed some weeks ago. The only remains are mp3-recordings of the songs which have been mixed together in this requiem.

26th Barcelona RU
The Asociación Amigos del MSX have determined the date for the 26th MSX user meeting (RU) in Barcelona. The second MSX-RU of 2004 will be held on October 30th, as part of the BCN Party. The meeting has been added to our list of MSX fairs and meetings.
