KdL of GnO~GnI has released a new version of LogiBoot, the Boot Sector editor for MSX. New in this version:

  • Auto-selection of MSX2 and MSXtR machines
  • CPU MODE for MSXtR (v2.2 only)
  • Speed Drive does not work on MSXtR!! (hidden in version 2.2)

An English manual will be published soon.

After the presentation of the three Flying Bytes demos and the Pulsar demo of Syntax Error, the webmaster has developed an extended section "FAC/FCS". This section will also include the productions of A.C.E.

ZAC Game Station offers free games

At the home page of Zac Game Station you find a few games that are inspired by great classics such as Gradius. You can download IFRIT, a Gradius look alike. Also on this page is the game Acter World, a game with a strong resemblance of Bubble Bobble.

A few days ago, MSX Gamesbox announced the winners of the 2003 artwork contest. If you want to know which artwork won (and which 5 got close to winning), have a look here.

Sunrise played a key role in the MSX Community in the early and late 90's. Apart from releasing hardware and software from various groups they also published three disk magazines: Sunrise Magazine, Sunrise Picturedisk and Sunrise Special.

Yes, you read it right the first time. Bandwagon demo's and a real MSX computer were visually backing the experimental music of Kokeellisen Elektroniikan Seura from November 27th to December 7th at an exposition in the 'Kunsthalle' in Helsinki, Finland. : link added
