Sousuke has released the first version of ROMpackager for fMSX/60. This tool allows you to create a SIS file containing fMSX for Nokia Series 60 mobile phones, MSX System ROMs and the DSK/ROM files you want to run. In other words: this tool makes it very easy to get an MSX emulator running on your Nokia 3650, 6600, 7650 or N-Gage.

On July 28th Iwein van Caelenberg suddenly stopped hosting MSX websites on his www.msx2.com webserver. A day later MSX Resource Center offered the opportunity to download Michiel de Vries's MIDI-tracker Meridian.
Two days ago we gave some extra details on the upcoming MSX fair in Bussum. Two more standholders have registered a booth since then, being MSX NBNO and Sargon.

A new version of the V9990 bmp viewer (V9BMP) is available at the NWO homepage. BMP and TIM (playstation format) pictures can be viewed and saved in various v9990 modes. The latest adidion to this viewer is the support of YUV. YUV provides a noticable picture improment over YJK.

Since this forum thread started on our forums things have not been the same for the lucky owners of Nokia Series 60 mobile phones. Out of nowhere, JR came with an excellent fMSX-port for these mobile phones.

Recently, Chaos reminded Wolf of some of his unreleased gamemusic covers, and sort-of forced him to release at least one of them. It's simply one of those tunes that sits on his HD for ages now, doing nothing.
