Hey guys, recently I've been thinking about when i first came in contact with the MSX,
which was back in my school days, and to make a long story short.. someone in my class secured this multicartridge,
and since it was full of Konami games I'm pretty sure that it was a pirate.

but since i had so much fun with these games back then I'd really like to find out what cartridge it was,
I'm sure its gonna be impossible to find, but just knowing what games were on there and how it was called
and maybe to find some pictures of it and a game list would really help bring back those memories.

All i remember is that we had 2 carts, both had Konami games on it and i think some other ones.

I'll try to remember most of the games that were on there.

Cart 1 : Our favorite cart, especially since playing the other cart required the teacher to swap carts, so it didn't get much playtime..

I think it contained the following : Yie Ar Kung-Fu, King's Valley, Athletic Land, Antarctic Adventure, Time Pilot,
Hyper Olympic (don't remember which one but could have been both on there) Comic Bakery, Road Fighter,
Hyper Rally. and more that i don't remember.

Cart 2 (i remember very little of this cart, i only remember 2 games though it had much more)

Yie Ar Kung-Fu 2, Konami's Boxing

I'm sure I also played Tennis, probably on the first cart.. but not totally sure.

I hope its okay to discuss a pirate cart, Because i just wanna find out what it was.

Could be one of the Zemina multicarts, but those contain a lot more games (smallest one has 32 games, or something).

I looked up Zemina and the logo seems familiar, so its possible that it was a Zemina cart,
and since i know that both Yie Ar Kung-Fu's were on separate carts it would make it easier to find out which cart it was.

Could be that there were much more games on there though, but I'm going by memory of something that i experienced 23 years ago. Hannibal

I tried to find info about those Zemina carts, but all i could find was a Wikipedia entry and a section over at HardcoreGaming101.
but neither had a list of Zemina's multicarts.

does anyone here know more about these carts?

there used to be some big collection of zemmix/zemina in belgium:
http://nl.msx.org/forumtopic2981.html , but that site seems to be gone...

maybe is it the 5 in 1 on this site?

I'm pretty sure its not the 5 in 1, since i can remember at least 9 games that were on it.
but good site though, always nice to find out more about this stuff.

Its a shame the Belgium site seems to be gone. Crying

If they were all Konami games maybe it was one of Konami Game Collection?
I don't know if they were carts or disks, though.

A Konami game collection for MSX? never heard of that before.

Also i recall that there being at least 1 or 2 games on there that weren't made by Konami, so i don't think it was an official cart.
And it seems that they were all MSX1 games, no MSX2 stuff on there.

And judging by the lack of info it seems these things must have been rare. Question

Well thats probably because i only played MSX back in school, at home i had my own brown C64 with tape deck,
and my dad had an Atari 1040 ST, it wasn't until a couple years ago that i decided to get an MSX2 so i could
relive all those wonderful moments i spend with it.

I've been having a blast with Time Pilot recently, but i don't think I'll ever become as good again as i was in the 80's Tongue
