Goldstar MSX1, coloured buttons
Do you happen to know a typenr?
GoldStar FC-200
No one that favors the MSX that actually looked like a computer like the 8250,55, 80 or sony700p ? Weird. We're not gonna stop you from nominating it, you know.
The 8250 and the 700p were already nominated, though
rudeboy: didn't I mention the sony 700 series???
The 700 series is in my opinion the most practical as a games console (next to your dvd player); all connections (joysticks/cartridges) are in the front panel. The 8250 and alike are not that practical for this purpose, the joystick connectors are at the back, and the cartridge slots at the side.
If I would judge the looks I would say the turbo-r gt/st (I like the color!), if I would judge on the most practical design the 700p would definately win.
Sony HB-201
Sanyo Wavy 23
Panasonic WSX/FX/ST/GT (3x about the same casing)
@Ro:
When is the next MSX fair you're going to attend ? I could bring my CPG-120 for a demonstration.

I'd like to renominate the Sanyo WAVY PHC-70FD2 (which Whizzy already did, but he forgot the '2' in the name. PHC-70FD is the 1-disk model)
I just love the elegance of the sloped case with the cartridge slots and LED's, and the diskdrives sticking out above the keyboard a bit more aggressively.
It's beautiful!
Really? I personally think it's one of the ugliest MSX machines ever created! Wow
Because of their feminine curves like some people like to call them
Because they just look cool.
Well I like feminine curves to, but for the design of a MSX, the Philips 8250
is my favorite.
Are we talking about a design for functionality or beauty?
