Hi dexx,
check connections between ram chips(pin), and the PCB wires. Try pulling the wire( with a razor )and check it with a polymeter.

Assuming the rest of your tR still works that'd be pretty easy to do. If I get it working I'll even give you some money for it so you can buy a nice game or something...
