for the peeps who dont get it
he wants 100 euros for it but doesnt want to pay the ebay commission over thoe 100 euros so he turned up the shipment price and cut the "selling" price

It's easy.
Instead of 115-130 or 140€ of bidding,and 10€ of shipment ,anyone can make a bid of 15€ (for example) and the rest is in the shipment price. Anyone trying to fool anyone. If u dont want to pay,then dont do it. But dont say that I want to trick users of MRC MSX, because it is not.
I dont want to pay the commissions to ebay,because I think they are exaggerated...it's easy.

And Akiguchi ,you really think that this cartridge dont cost minimum 100€?

If you don't like ebay rules, why are you posting on ebay? You could just as well post it here and not worry about any fees. Also someone could report your ebay post as fraudulent very easily. I'm not so sure it is that smart.
