@every donators.
I wrote down every information that you sent me.
Some of you guys did not send me the phone number. (Maybe you just forgot)
Although I wrote E-mail address, some of you need to call to customs about shipping.
I saw two of Zemmix Neo was not shipped because you were absent or something.
@Maggoo
Is there any problem including T shirts?
It's the biggest one.
Our Zemmix are also hold in Spain’s customs.
I went to ask yesterday to my local post office and first we have to wait for custom´s notification (it seems that takes around two or three days). So now we´re in a loooooonnnnggggggggg waiting and all thinking in that “commissioner´s” family for sure.
Any Spanish donator in a different situation?
@svBEERs same here, waiting for spanish customs notification
@svBEERs: Same here as I said days ago. I hate this country SO much...
@mygodess: You made a GREAT work. Please don't worry. It's not your fault spanish customs are plagued with idiots.
@mygodness:
There is no problem at all, it works perfectly. I'm trying to find a bit of time to play with it some more and perhaps write a more complete review. The quality is fantastic BTW, you guys did a great work !!! Congratulation. Oh and I have not had a chance to try the T-Shirt yet *L* But it's a great addition !
@ everyone waiting for their delivery: If it can be of any help (not sure it does actually), let me tell you it's well worth waiting for ;-)
Only 3 days at the customs office? In Brazil it can take from one to two months! Usually the later, of course. And they'll normally issue a 60% or higher tax over the declared value+shipping. And if for any reason they think that the values are not correct, they will guess a stratospheric presumed value and tax that in 60%.
To add insult to injury, if you ask for a tax revision, the customs officer will take another month to analyze the case, but after 15 days the mail service will start charging you storage rent *per day* for overstaying.

Cool story!; but they're not only 3 days, after these 3 days two things can happen:
1) if mygodess included the commercial invoice or a custom declaration the parcel will be resent (add three or four more days) with the appropiate surcharges, 21% of value+shipping.
2) If there were no custom declaration, the customs office will ask for one and they'll need to provide a Paypal invoice (it can't be enough) or what's worse, a real commercial invoice. Mygodess may need to make one and send it...
One of my last shipments from Japan was kidnapped by customs for about 4 months and I needed several invoices, a full dossier of items & shipment, three official claims and countless phone calls and emails to recover the parcel. Thanks god that they don't charge for storage!
Now, I'm mainly using Fedex and things are a bit better. This is really sad...
Btw, mygodess, you have done a great job!. Thanks! (and I'm not getting a Zemmix Neo
)
