I think one important question is missing:

"When did you saw, tried and played around with a (working) MSX the first time? (probably before you bought one)"

My first "date" with an MSX (1) was in 1987 when staying at our dutch host family during the yearly exchange between our swimming clubs (The Netherlands, Diemen - Germany, Moers). We always played some racing games during these years and other fun stuff. At this time I didn't know that it was an MSX (today I guess it was a VG8020), but of course I remember the very big cursor keys Smile Nice memories indeed! Smile

I agree that the questions are not very good since they expect "normal" MSX history, but I try as well... I will give "family" answers since I didn't have any personal money to spend on MSX in early years.

1986?

2 - Which model?
SVI-728

3 - How old were you?
8?

1991 - Panasonic FS-A1WX

more than 30, all of them were not new.

7 - If you think about your first MSX, which title comes instantly to your mind?
Can't name only one...
Cubit (Mr. Micro: Came with computer, but didn't load!), Speed King (Mastertronics), Gauntlet (US Gold), Hedelmäpeli (Makesoft), Nemesis (Konami), BMX Simulator (Codemasters), Tennis (Spectravideo)

8 - If you think about your first MSX2, which title comes instantly to your mind?
Somewhere around 1993 father came home with SVI-738 and I was like "Cool, my school friend has also this kind of machine!" it was used machine that came with few dozen disks and after I inserted disk called "Breaker" I was like "Dad!? What I'm missing here??? This computer can't run this kind of game!"

9 - Did you leave the MSX at a time? For which computer ? and when?
No

10 - Do you think your current job, have something to do with the MSX?
In my life everything has something to do with MSX

11 - Please indicate your home country (When you bought your first MSX)
Finland

"When did you saw, tried and played around with a (working) MSX the first time? (probably before you bought one)"
I think it was 1985 when I played Antarctic Adventure on a computer shop... That was the most impressive game on the whole shop!

Well the first purpose of my quest is about people who had their first MSX in the '80.
Anyway, it's also interesting to know about people who came to MSX much more later... Big smile
