Graphics and Music category added to forum

In this forum topic, it was suggested that a dedicated "Graphics and Music" section on the forum would be a good idea. The team behind MRC unanimously agreed. Crew members FiXato and Jorito didn't waste any time and immediately took to not only creating the forum section itself, but also to seek out and list all relevant topics and moving those to the brand new section.
