I can explain by words because screenshot is static 
There's a cursor sign (code 255) at left top corner (coordinate 0,0) and when i navigate it sometimes sporadically change (like as it does when cursor is on some symbol)
I don't know if it should be addressed to your server or the call netbrowse implementation btw (but this happens only on your server so far)

Well, it's probably my server. I've hacked a .PHP scipt to create a directory listing which more or less matches the standard Apache lay-out. But I guess there are still some formatting errors causing these problems.
The problem is that I don't have a Gr8net myself to test and even then I probably would only be able to see it doesn't work, without really being able to diagnose what's causing the problem.
Anyway... I've sent out an e-mail to someone who is hopefully able to help me If anyone else has an idea what's going wrong: Please feel free to take a look at the output @ http://msx.file-hunter.com and let me know :)

That is very good to hear! So you can now browse the MSX1 & MSX2 section, see file-names with dates, sizes & descriptions and load the games?
Yes, it was possible before too, but that annoying corner cursor sign was ugly, now it looks just right, and works as it should
Btw, i see it is mostly BetterMSX there (so dumps), but what do you think about special section for translated/patched games?
EDIT for some files with long names it says "Can not parse URI", example - MSX2/F/Firebird-HinoToriHououhen-RC-747Vampiercheat-useAorENDforpassword{4}.rom
