Well, sorry to bother you guys again... but I've made some more changes (and simplified matters).
Please let me know the result if you can. And, if possible with a screenshot.

Thanks AGAIN for all your help!

I can explain by words because screenshot is static Smile
There's a cursor sign (code 255) at left top corner (coordinate 0,0) and when i navigate it sometimes sporadically change (like as it does when cursor is on some symbol)
I don't know if it should be addressed to your server or the call netbrowse implementation btw (but this happens only on your server so far)

Well, it's probably my server. I've hacked a .PHP scipt to create a directory listing which more or less matches the standard Apache lay-out. But I guess there are still some formatting errors causing these problems.
The problem is that I don't have a Gr8net myself to test and even then I probably would only be able to see it doesn't work, without really being able to diagnose what's causing the problem.
Anyway... I've sent out an e-mail to someone who is hopefully able to help me Smile If anyone else has an idea what's going wrong: Please feel free to take a look at the output @ http://msx.file-hunter.com and let me know :)

Did a last edit of the lay-out. Hopefully it has a postive result.

That is very good to hear! So you can now browse the MSX1 & MSX2 section, see file-names with dates, sizes & descriptions and load the games?

Yes, it was possible before too, but that annoying corner cursor sign was ugly, now it looks just right, and works as it should Smile

Btw, i see it is mostly BetterMSX there (so dumps), but what do you think about special section for translated/patched games?

EDIT for some files with long names it says "Can not parse URI", example - MSX2/F/Firebird-HinoToriHououhen-RC-747Vampiercheat-useAorENDforpassword{4}.rom

Cool! Good to hear that the basic funtionality is there (again). Thanks for helping with testing!
As for the long file-name: Looking at the logs, the download goes fine. It's the Gr8net program that probably has some limit for the filename lenght. Does anyone have any idea?

When everything works 100%, I will happily add stuff like patches/translations.

/edit/
Found it in the manual. Maximum length is 63 characters.

Well, thanks to Sandy I have an updated script to create the data for the Gr8net server. So hopefully the problem with the long filenames has been solved. If anyone with a working Gr8net can test this, I would be very gratefull.
There's also some more files for you to enjoy now. For now, only .ROM's though.
If this update works like it should we can look to add some other files (music? Radio?)

@Pencioner: The current update should also have a lot of patech/translated games included.

I just tried the Firebird rom mentioned above but it still gives "Can not parse URI"

Hi ToriHino,
OK, thanks for trying. We will have to dig a little further I guess.

Looking at the final URL's, I see the brackets have been replaced by %7B & %7D, probably making the URL to long again. I'll first send an e-mail to Eugeny to check if there are other things to take into account as well.
