LOL . Seems it will come with upgraded core 2 screen module with a touch screen... Anyways, this smells to me too much of an attempt to make something that is already more or less available.
the screen has a lower x resolution of original msx2?
Seems so....

No screen 6 and 7?
Ugh, it supports MSX2+, sounds like the screen will be cropped or somehow shrunk. Since it can connect to a modern TV you can always get the full resolution that way I guess.

Here is your MSX0.... It's M5Stack Faces and Nishi put an MSX0 logo on it...
Here you can already buy it:
Oh I see, makes me wonder why slapping on a logo and ship it with an emulator would require all that crowdfunding?
Unfortunately, you must (and I )wait MSXO Pro for HDMI and connect to TV or monitor.

Standard MSX-0 seems incredibly low-effort to me... the fact that the screen is cropped is also a deal-breaker.
I can hook up an MSX-emulator to some other handheld if that's the case.
I don't want to write off the project right away, but this is not a good start.
Btw, Kazuhiko Nishi conference in Barcelona appears on the front page of one of the biggest Spanish newspapers:

About the MSX0, at first I thought it was a joke (bad old screen & no fonction key).

We don’t know if it is going to be the definitive screen. It is strange that its resolution is, only, 320x240. Other than that I like the device. For me the most interesting one is the MSX3 (Linux/TAOS OS/Nextor).

Don't forget that the device is really really tiny... It is definately not Gameboy sized; it is smaller than a credit card and therefor having a 2 inch screen. As far as I know there are no 2 inch screens with higher resolutions than 320x240.
