What's the normal waiting time for the Sunrise ATA-IDE CF interface?

I think sunrise is trustworth and one of the best msx hardware suppliers.Just wait a little more and everything will be ok

I know about their long reputation in the MSX camp. But waiting two months you really start to get impatient, with a good reason.

I've ordered and paid for the interface on August 28th 2007 and has still not received it. I emailed Sunrise on October 1st 2007 asking when the interface would be shipped, but never received any answer.

Rob has been in the hospital for at least 2 weeks ...

I know 'cause he told me so, after receiving my 6th e-mail about my own CF interface, which I ordered on September 16th. So I guess we need to wait a little longer ... and be patient about it.

Well Sunrise is threated everytime as a commercial company. Delivery by pigeon the day before yesterday.
The postman is simply an extra factor
But I suppose it is all in the game. Sincere apologies to everyone including Vampx. As WOlf said in the dutch forum he's a teddybear.
No I am not but more a Furby , too little hands. It is amazing besides the orders how many questions about other products what can I do with this, what about that. For the good sake I have managed to divide all mail into separate in folders.

Came across a similar type of product for ZX Spectrum (which I also got) called DivIDE which is produced by several different manufacturers. It's "open source hardware".

These IDE interfaces are a salvation for those 8-bit computers making it much easier to load all those games 100 times faster or more into the computer.

Oh please. This whinging is really starting to get pathetic. Commercial or not, when someone pays for a product and doesn't hear a single word he has a right to start asking questions. This has nothing to do with commerce, supplying customers with basic information is just common decency.
Of course, if you would spend a fraction of the time you use to complain on asking some help from a skilled web developer (of which there are a few on here without a doubt), you could get yourself a system that half of that stuff automatically and you wouldn't need to worry about all this.
