I hope someone could rip msx-1 game musics and compile them to form msx-1 game music demo(s), I don´t know ANY such demos..... Shocked!Sad

Commodore 64 and Spectrum have always had such demos, but Msx has nothing.... Sad

There was Sigma's "Slayer" demo and also SMA (remember them?) demos, with music and graphics ripped from Shalom, Metal Gear, Nemesis series etc.

Also, I got some disks with just the sound files of Konamis and only screen 0 "graphics".

For the rest, as far as I know ripping PSG music indeed didn't seem to be a casual practice for MSX.

thanks hap!

I tested yawara last evening on MSX2 and I think it was next best thing since early eighties "100 C64 tunes" 512K Amiga demo, which had not 100 tunes but ripped tunes and sound effects from 100 C64 games and lots of ripped loading screens from those games. Smile It was bit easier to use than yawara, but this yawara is very good player indeed! Some files didn´t work, but I don´t care, haven´t tested every file yet. Thanks! Smile
