Hi, is the "Step down convertor 230V --> 110V" compatible with the Japanese plug of the Panasonic GT ?

Again
What is the best way to connect my TR Panasonic GT to my lcd TV?

Now I use S-video for the video: the picture is quite good but it does not have audio

For audio it I use the audio plug from the round RGB connector.
The video signal from the RGB connector sucks, so I cannot use it,
but having two cables -of different lenght -is mess...

Is there a way to have audio and video in a single cable with the quality of the s-video?
