We actually have subdir support for dir-as-disk already (completed about 3 years ago), so I guess it's not that much work. It was actually discussed, but no one ever got to it.

Thanks for the reply, Manuel. So I'll need to load MEMMAN, GIOS.TSR and GIOS.COM everytime I use any of GIOS routines? Maybe I'll use other graphlibs. Ah, I need docs about the GIOS routines. I found one which is written in Dutch.

BTW, I tried to compile using DOSBox, TP3.EXE and a "Hello world" code. It compiles flawlessly, but when I try to run into OpenMSX, I have a "Not enough memory" message, and the program aborts. Any clues?

Thanks again! Big smile

Are you trying to compile for the MSX using PC version of Turbo Pascal...?

Parenthesis, this may be useful to someone...
I had compatibility problem with MSX-Pad and Windows 7 and up...
But MSX-Pad works perfectly under a Windows XP VMware virtual machine, with any other MSX emulator installed.
Files could be extracted from the virtual machine by a shared network folder.

Which machine did you emulate, rjp?

Nope, TP33F has a PC-version, in order to cross compile Pascal code. There is even a batch file, turbopc.bat. But I had some problems regarding DOSBox (copy command in order to concatenate files), but I used 4DOS and DOSBox, and the problem disappeared.

I'm emulating a MSX Turbo-R FS-A1ST with 256 Kb of RAM.

Did you use a Sunrise IDE on it when you got that "Not enough memory"?

Yeah, I think so.
