Both the CPC-400 and the CPC-400S have the light pen?

I don't know for the light pen, but both machines come with the same graphical tool (available on the firmware disk) :

http://msxblue.com/manual/cpc400_c.htm

This tool, Super Graphic, requires a mouse and 256 Kb RAM (so, you need a RAM extension as these machines have internally only 128 Kb RAM).

On this Russian page, you can see pictures of the CPC-400.

Check this picture :

The website precises this :

В самом низу расположена панель. В ней (слева-направо) следующие разъемы: клавиатура, джойстик 1, джойстик 2, световое перо:

Translation :

At the bottom there is a panel. In it (left to right) the following connectors: keyboard, joystick 1, joystick 2, light pen.

Thanks! Smile

And I complemented it with the details about the BIOS light pen port assignment in Daewoo machines.

Another contribution for the MSX Assembly Page I/O ports overview:

port #B6: CIEL ExpertTurbo/Expert3 turbo switch

bit7=0 means turbo_off, and bit7=1 means turbo_on.

I added a GETSLT: Get slot ID of any page article to the MAP.

It is quite a commonly used routine, but the examples in the official documentation are often hard-coded for page 1 and need to be adapted by the programmer if they need a different page. This implementation works for all pages, and also includes a detailed explanation.

I also recently added documentation for the JVC MIDI interface, with thanks to gflorez.
