I'd like to pre-order this, but I'm not sure when it'd release!? Is end of july really a viable release date to something as ambitious as this?

Hi,
The release date is for the plain game itself. If enough pre-orders are placed, the game will be bigger and longer, so it could suffer a delay of 1 month if we add extra contents.
Also, if we decide to recode it in C, it would take even longer.

Oscar, wouldn´t it be a great idea to continue an old (Konami) tradition by combinating two of your cartridges? Maybe add the guy from Life on Mars as a special fighter into MaD? That would be a pleasant gift for collectors of your games! (And maybeee sells some of your already released cartridges, too).
And please take all the time you need to make the best game possible.

How are these graphics even possible on MSX?
I've never seen an MSX game with graphics like this... or maybe those screenshots are V9990 only?

If you read the first entry:

Quote:

Hardware requisites:
-Msx2 with 64k of RAM (I will try to make it work on a msx1 with 64k of ram as well, but this is not a priority)
-V9990 compatible (gfx9000, video9000, powergraph, Krakengraph, VroBit…)
-MSX Music (Fm pac or compatible) or MSX Music Music Module or compatible) or OPL4 compatible (Moonsound, shockwave, wozblaster…). OPL4 needs an MSX with at least 128k of RAM.
-Optimizations for Panasonic 2+ and Turbo R
-If your MSX does not have internal FM or you wish to use any other compatible sound chip, you will need an slot expander in order to listen to the music.

V9990 Only Wink Wink

Another beta (almost finished) for the "Forest" music on MB-Stereo.

Please give me your feedback, I can still change things that are not good at this point. :)
