Patches for a few Konami's games

Thank you for suggestions. I'm working on Super Cobra and Video hustler. Patches would have to happen quickly. Konami's Billiards do not need to be modified. Monkey Academy and ColecoVision's games need a bigger modification to select the player number and level. Maybe I'll do it in the future but it's not planned now.

Great idea!
Now we can play with joystick only (useful also for MSX with keyboard issues/missing keys).

New patches for Frogger and Mouser are available.
