The latest release is a relatively minor one that addresses a handful of fixes and brings a number of nice-to-have features. New in this release:

Improved joystick stability
Option to disable the file filter in the Insert Media dialogs
Cartridge type selection for the Insert Cartridge dialogs
"Insert Recent Media" menu items for Cartridge, Disk and Cassette
Screensaver suppression while the emulator window is in focus
Option to perform a hard system reset - hold down Option while the MSX menu is open

Download is available here: https://github.com/melllvar/CocoaMSX/releases/v1.35

I've started tracking future enhancements and suggestions on the Issues page - if you have suggestions or enhancement requests, please add them to the list: https://github.com/melllvar/CocoaMSX/issues?state=open

For the time being, planned for v1.5 are a machine editor and a capture-to-video converter.

Added option to perform a hard system reset is a temporary solution to the Reset bug (it needs to be fixed in the blueMSX core)

Has there been any news about that mars2000you? Is Daniel Vik actually making any progress or is it merely a hopeful 'some day'?

I tracked the problem down to a semaphore starvation, but I'm not familiar enough with the emulation core to know where to start troubleshooting.

Since Apple believes there is no use for an INSERT key on any of their keyboards, can anyone please tell me how to invoke "insert" mode when editing MSX-BASIC files via CocoaMSX? Question

I had a strange problem trying to play games on CocoaMSX. Nothing related to the emulator, of course, but really odd.
Apparently, pressing cursor and space to the left and right, enable those annoying panels to run crap widgets...
Anyway, very nice work...

chalky: open up preferences (cmd+,) and go to the Keyboard tab. You should be able to bind it to any key you want.
