Well, IIRC it's an enemy dwelling in a room named after it in the game Jet Set Willy II.
Some kind of huge, moving periscope thing.

EDIT:

I could remember it because back then, when playing the game, I was confronted with this thing and thought, huh, why is that thing "Macaroni Ted"???
I figured, maybe it was sort of a meat grinder that would squeeze macaroni out of anything.. including poor Willy.

Actually Jet Set Willy II made a lasting impression on me, what with all the bizarre enemies, rooms and stuff.. ;)

Whoohoo. Smile

I'll derive my question from the previous one.

In the first Jet Set Willy game (so not in #2), an arrangement of a certain tune is used in-game.

Question: which Konami game features music based on that same tune?

There's 2 versions of Jet Set Willy (1) on MSX, one with that music, and one with the melodyline that's on the Spectrum -- and very slow gameplay when compared to the other version, look oO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDp17AoVlXM

@ MäSäXi: that's correct! You're on! Smile

BTW, "pooyan" literally means "little pigs" but is also an expression for something very foolish (to do). Wink

@ hap: wow, interesting, I didn't know that! Slow, indeed... hmm... I wonder what was the reason. Question

I know there is two versions of Jet Set Willy for MSX, but I based my answer on original Jet Set Willy of course, not the modified jap release. Smile

Actually, every Jet Set Willy game has different music (with exception of Spectrum original and Jap MSX release, which both have same tune indeed). Most different one is Atari version which has one of the most memorable computer tunes ever, IT´S JUST UNBELIEVABLE TUNE!! (by Rob Hubbard) Smile Shame that nobody has arranged PSG version of it...!! *wink wink* Big smile

By the way, when I checked that hap´s youtube link, I found again some video by mr. vampier... this time about Jet Set Willy, that video just strengthened my impression that vampier is closet U.K. software lover. Big smile Tongue Mr. vampier should be forced to play Atari conversion of Jet Set Willy for the rest of his life and then, just before his death, he could answer if he then feels that MSX Jet Set Willy isn´t a bad game after all..... Wink

I will continue on Jet Set Willy.

There is a romantic scene in Jet Set Willy. What happens there? And in which room? And on which book and later movies too such scene is based on? And which other computer game hero had same job to do?

You just need to answer all of these.

I know, this is too easy, but I liked these questions. Wink

@ MäSäXi: it is a Jap release? I see.

Regarding your question(s), I only know the answer to part of it.. (book? movies?) Sad
So I'll leave the complete package to the experts. Wink

EDIT:
I'll go slightly off-topic one more time and then STFU. Smile

Here is a remix of Hubbard's Jet Set Willy music:
http://il.youtube.com/watch?v=ep-bGgmuaNs

And here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jet_Set_Willy
I found something rather naughty:
As originally released, the game could not be completed due to several bugs (...)
Initially Software Projects attempted to pass off the most severe (...) as an intentional feature to make the game more difficult (...)
However, they later rescinded this claim and issued a set of POKEs to correct the flaws.

ROFLOL.. :D
