Blaster Burn

Compile´s Blaster Burn is without doubt a wonderful game, I really like the gameplay, the graphics and especially the music. But the game is divided into the Disc Station 7-18, which makes it much more difficult than it should be, and totally breaks the gameplay. Anyway, is it possible to recreate Blaster Burn like a normal game, or this already exist?

Those Disc Stations are a mix of file-based and sector based applications. Looks like the Blaster Burn stuff is more located in the sector-based parts (found no filenames related to Blaster Burn, but I might be wrong), so it might not be so easy to package into a single disk or ROM.

Hi Pippo, yes I´m still interested.
But I want to join all episodes in one game with multiple stages, just like Aleste.
Is your patch makes an episode boots with no need of DS menu?

Yes, Fernando, my patch boots the game without the Disc Station menù.
But, unfortunately, I cannot join all episodes in one game, actually.
I can give you the first patch to try.
Please, let me know if you want the first patch and the "Blaster Burn" episode number.

Having all the parts will be one thing. Tying it all together as one game would be the next challenge, but it would be very cool. The scrolling sux, but the FM-Music is quite nice!
