It is not the same to see a bunch of boxes on a stand, and perhaps eventually turning the box to see some snapshots behind, and not retaining any names or contens of said boxes, than reading (here) it is a very well made game with exelent gameplay, and good quality, 60 fps, etc etc which arised my curiosity and made me watch youtube videos, and see and actually become aware of that game and its features and quality.
I hope you can understand that.

About the digital edition: Kai will you consider selling more than 20 pieces of digital version of Life on Mars?

I hate to buy/order things blindly (without seeing the end result first) + I am already too late it seems, but I am curious about the game.

Thanks for your interest syn, but this was just an experiment.
Anyway I will let you know if any of those 20 buyers do not pay so you can take their place.

It seems that every time that Booming Boy was announced on the Facebook groups you belong to, your eyes were always shut as well. What an amazing coincidence!

Sure... it's quite easy to understand ;-)

Well, this is not something nice to say about the people that are supporting Kai's project, is it?

I look at the list of buyers and I see names of well respected members of this forum. Some of them are here for many years and gave great contribution to MSX scene. I would be very surprised if any of them doesn't keep his word. You should show some respect to these people.

Anyway, where I come from, a man keeps his word. if he says he will do something, he WILL do it.

Good to be wrong eh Kai?

Seriously... I hope you feel supported...

Well... still have to see how many users of that list will actually buy the game when the time for paying comes.

By the way I am sure you did not see me READ it. that is for sure

Totally sure Kai, I know who are you and your son. But totally sure, in front of me.. please, don't say that you don't remember.

I remember Xavi sorinas purchased one and spoke with you

Yes, that´s true, in other moment, Xavi was speaking with me and bought one of the magazines.

Also, I never saw any presentation, video or gameplay of the game, nor any article on any facebook post (which is the only thing I read the last 6 months)

Pufffff, it's difficult don't know the Booming's Boy existence from long time ago. The game was announced in Facebook, where you are active (MSX BOIXOS CLUB), Booming Boy has his own facebook page, was announced here, in the MRC's news (English and Spanish part), in Konamito's web (MSX WORLD), in Msx Area web you have the link with the video and a free playable demo rom for download. And in more other sites.

By the way, I did not even know about booming boy existence until I did read it in this thread. I just wacthed the youtube video at reprofactory and it looks very well made.

Kai, At the meeting of June 13 in Barcelona (47 Ru), you put/place stand with your games (Lilo, Nuts and No name) and I put/place stand with lots of Booming's Boy copies. You see my stand with all the copies. And in this last Ru (48 Ru, 10 days ago, December day 5), you arrive late, but you been in front of me and my stand (Msx Area) and you take in your hands the last number (7) of Msx Area. You been reading (or watching) calmly the magazine, with the Booming's Boy cover and with a five pages review of Booming Boy.

When you finish read (or watching), you left the magazine again in my stand. You don't say hello, you don't say good bye.

In short.... you knows the existence of Booming Boy long time ago....

Don't bother Valkyr, at first it seemed hard for him to admit the graphics were ripped, after hell broke loose, the truth finally revealed. Despite the fact new software has been developed, I think mr kai, (don't feel the need for using any caps) needs to put some work on his communication skills. Interpretation of posts going fully wrong, just denying on everything, while the truth is in front of him.

As you can see I only check my facebook (and the most recent posts) every 2 weeks or so, when I have the time.
Anyway, I still do not see the reason why should lie about this matter.
I did not post that comment on bombing boy to justify me, but to show support to another developer and initiate an interest on a possible new digital list for that game, and actually buying it myself as an example.
Instead of saying "I was not aware of its existence" I could have as easily said "this game never cough my attention" or "I did not had an interest on this game before, but after reading some coments..."
If I said what I said, is because it is the truth.
I am not a person in the habit of lying, and even less for such meaningless matters.
I am sorry you cannot belive me.
I was trying to be constructive, create awareness, and help a fellow developer.
I did not had any need to mention Booming boy at the end of that particular post, to justify me, why do you think I mentioned the game in that particular context at that particular moment?

Let's not start another flame here.

When exactly did I deny I ripped some tiles on metroid?
I inmediatelly agreed with that statement. I never tried to hid it, right from my first answer.

post

I see you are trying to move the subject from that post to this one so the show can go on.

I will not engage anymore.

I just wish to clarify the "complain what you do to your paying customer computers (especially 64K machines)", I do not know what you mean exactly.

Now I already forgot, what game it was exactly, but on one of your games the loader will crash if there is not enough memory on a computer. This is other ways ok, but before the crash it will change color to black on black and save these settings to clock chip. So... If someone tries to run the game on computer where it does not work he may end up thinking that attaching the cartridge broke his machine as he can't get a picture even after power off.

I guess you meant the moonblaster replayer bug that prevented wx and wsx users to play the game.
If that is the case, I am happy to let you know that Manuel Pazos fixed the bug just a few days after our last email

Ah, good to hear. I just didn't know that as the cartridge you sent did not work on my A1WX.
