  Why etc? Whit this pinout i can convert the keyboard from 8250/55/80 or F-700?

He probably means that you must simply follow the logic sequence:

pin3 Y2
pin4 Y3
.
.
pin9 Y8

The same applies to the DB connector pinout, it's widely described over the net Wink

I didn't connect kana and caps the  Y15,y14,y13,y12,y11,y10and Y9 are left open i made use of an 74ls154

I present the Captain NTT keyboard adaptor from PAC for Philips Keyboard 8280/50/55  Hannibal
In this moment the keyboard works fine, but some keys are inverted: R=O, O=R etc.
In some days PAC give more info.
