Eaglesoft, Aackosoft, Eurosoft, Methodic Solutions, all from the netherlands.
And IIRC, all somehow related

All Van Aacken Holding, AFAIK. Same goes for Eurosoft (CD Sequential, Game Collection), and another one which I forgot (something with ".... software distribution").
yep ! Mr. Philips did a great deal with Mr. Nishi
What do Philips and Nishi have to do with this?
Oh well... I was thinking on the begin of all this stuff, you know, Netherlands is clearly the european country where MSX was strong (meanwhile Spectrum, Amstrad, Commodores rules on UK, France, Italy, Spain too...)
manuel said a lot of software companies from Netherlands related to MSX and I guess the principal cause of this, the bet from Philips on the MSX 20 years ago but I'm only guessing!

I don't believe that in Spain Commodores and Amstrads were sold more than MSX.
I think that the only machine that was sold more than MSX could be the Spectrum. While I saw Spectrums being sold till Christmas of 1991, MSX wasn't sold anymore by that time.
hmmm.... maybe you're right, MSX should be the 2nd computer more sold, overall between 1985-1990 roughly. Well, there's a lot of Amstrad here too...
but I still think Netherland (Holland) is the european country where MSX got more success...
Yup, definitely the Netherlands was most popular MSX country in Europe.
The amount of Philips MSX computers you can still find there kinda confirms this
Rough estimations say that about 400.000 MSX1 and MSX2 computers were sold in the Netherlands. And even considerable amounts of MSX2+ and turboR computers.
