I've never participated in such topics, but i can tell you one thing... This kind of topics pop up a few times a year...
It's the main reason why i never buy sunrise stuff through mail...

As i mentioned on my message, I've already sent email. He was responsive until I sent him the money.

Again, I am not saying anything about him at this point, but I do need a response and 10 days is a long time. I am busy too but if you are selling something you are responsible for it.

10 days is a long time if you have paid someone money.
Anyway, what pmack needs to know: Sunrise is not always fast with answering mails (Big understatement!!!). It's only a hobby. Be patient, send some mails now and then and you will receive your products eventually. He's not fast, but he can be trusted...

Thanks tfh. By the way, even though money is definitely part of the problem it is not truly the biggest concern here (it was not a big purchase by any means). What annoyed me the most is the fact that I was getting responses before payment but not after. I understand people are busy and this is a hobby for most of us but still you got to respect people.
