you can check on many web store you get automatic reply just to please people , but you barely have someone sending you mails, and it can take from 2 to 4 weeks to receive anything ( amazon is not fast )
i think you are ringing bells too soon , 10 days is not lack of respect , really ...
because some one sells you something doesnt mean you have an option on his life , or way of life.

Ooh again another Sunrise topic.

3 things.

- 10 days is nothing big.
- The current situation with holidays might have caused a bit more delay.
- However it would be more then nice if in such situation you do get a response, which at least let you know that there is a (small) delay, without asking as a customer.

And that's all I say about it for now.

To clarify, 10 days is too long for no email at all. Even worse, I just re-checked my email and it was actually longer than that since I last heard from Rob.

But in any case, posting this message was effective and I just heard from Rob. Apparently my product will be shipped tomorrow. Thanks all
