hey
i have one and all i can say that its VERY nice

everything work perfectly

what you need to have is

a program called opf which can be downloaded at pazos website
and a romfile
you startup the msx with flashrom cart in it AND the button pushed
enter the opf name.rom command
let it do its loading
then reset the msx
the loaded rom will start up
and will stay in the flashrom untill you manually erase it

some kind of storage device would be handy (to load the roms from) but it can also be done from floppy

512 kb is more than enough for all known roms

I have MegaFlashROM SCC and ASCII. They both very professionally made and working great.

It works really fine... even loading MicroWaved ROM files from cassette port.

@Guillian: Yay! I would like to release it. MicroWAVer frontend only need some small changes and it will make nice WAV/MP3 files ready to use. I remember Cax telling me something about it time ago.

MegaFlashROM is essential HW, indeed.
